Matt in the service department makes my visit less stressful than they need to be he always goes above and beyond when it comes to my truck and he helps me out in anyway possible and I appreciate it all

made appointment for repair to my truck for 9 am friday morning, was told it would take 2 to 3 hours to complete job, did not get truck fixed till 3:15 monday. and wanted to get the air conditioner fixed where it would not blow in the floor all the time, they said all chevrolets blow some in the floor always even if it is on defrost, if this is true chevrolet needs to have a recall and fix the problem
