A mechanical problem arose on my 2018 Terrain. I was furnished a rental Tahoe until, we decided to purchase a 2019 Terrain. The Service Department, Finance and Sales Department worked to completely satisfy me.

No pressure from salesman. Salesman allowed me to do the talking and he listened. Salesman was timely with requests. Best car purchasing experience I've ever had. Management staff were all warm as well as other staff members with good eye contact and smiling faces.

I marked it down because this is the second service in a row that grease from the bottom of shoes were on the mats of the floor. The first time we thought it was just an oversight but now twice shows it a process / work flow issue. Our mats are the cream colored weather mats not carpet but we still have to scrub them with soap to get the grease off of them.
