I was visiting the local area from Chicago, I was concerned about a possible volt meter problem. The service team treated me as if I had been a long-time customer and kept the truck for 1 1/2 days, and confirmed that there was no problem. I drove back to Chicago 943 miles the next day. On my trip next year, I'll call for an appointment and have the service department perform some required maintenance for me. Top notch customer service.

When I was told someone would call me back 5 times, no one ever called me back one single time. They failed to tell me that the guy who was working on my car had been in an accident and no one was able to work on my car. They had it for over a week and didn’t even find the problem
