Quickly began working on my vehicle. Had to order a new part so my vehicle needed to stay overnight. They completed the necessary work the next day by noon. Joey, the service manager was very helpful. Also, quick checkout. All aspects of service delivery was outstanding. Edwards Motors delivers again!!

Very upset & disappointed. I requested an oil change. I was informed when it was time to pay for the oil change that the valve cover had been replaced also. I was never consulted nor asked about the valve cover issue before work was done to my vehicle. I wasn’t asked to even sign for the oil change until checkout. I had my vehicle serviced last month & purchased new tires. There was no mention of oil seeping around the valve cover & no oil seepage was visible. I had to return on another date because the tires had not come in yet. When tires arrived & were put on, I had to return the next date for the tires to be balanced. And no discount was given to me for the inconvenience & run around. On the oil change before that I was told a bolt had been stripped & charged for a new one. The fuel pump has been replaced twice within weeks apart on the Chevrolet Cruze. I’ve never had any vehicle have engine trouble until after final payment. So I don’t ever want to purchase another Chevrolet vehicle. I feel that whenever I go to Edwards Motors that I’ll be screwed & taken advantage of. It is wrong to just do what you want to a customer’s vehicle without permission. I wanted to explode but I did not need a trip to jail to compound my financial situation. I did not have the money for that repair that I did not ask for. It really created a hardship on me. The incident effected me physically & made me sick. I am frustrated of feeling screwed & taken advantage of when I go there. I don’t want to use the service/maintenance department there ever again. I asked for the oil change so soon because I kept smelling fresh burning oil & I could not find a leak or seepage. I thought that the filter can could be loose. I had a $40.00 dollar rebate pre-paid card from the tire purchase. It seems like every time I go to Edwards’ service department for something simple, it is made to be expensive. What should have been $38.00 & some change was made into $275.00?! 😱 🤦🏿♀️😢🤬
