WE (my husband & I ) are older citizens and wanted to purchase a new Cadillac that would take care of our needs for the coming years. Due to a previous issue with a new purchase GM (Chev truck 2010) we 'd had with another dealership, we took our truck to Edwards in Moultrie, Ga and their service dept (Joey & Matt) found the problem immediately, It was a factory default and Prince Chev, charged us not once, but twice for nothing done correctly. It should have been under warranty, it was only 6 months old. At that time we met Henry Cauthen and decided that we were going to talk with him about getting us a new car. We wanted another cadillac ( we've driven cadillacs for over 30 years) and wanted a XTS, Henry worked with us for weeks getting us the PERFECT car, many thanks for all your time spent, Mr Cauthen, we appreciate YOU!!
